Hi,
We have Toad for Oracle 9.5 installed on our Citrix Presentation 4.5 Servers. Every time a new user launches the application from Citrix they are getting prompted to enter an Authorization Key plus a Site Message. The users are not getting this problem when the application is installed locally on their desktop computers.
We are currently using Flex Profiles at the moment on Citrix. I checked through the HKEY_CURRENT_USER section on the registry for my PC and I can't find any keys for Toad in there so I can't update my Flex Profile ini file.
Can you please help me with this?

Apr 22, 2010 Hey Ken, It should only ask you to enter your license information once. Toad will then save a file named 'QSAuth11.key' into your default application data folder, which should be: C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataQuest SoftwareToad for Oracle10.0 (for WinXP and earlier) C:UsersAppDataRoamingQuestSoftwareToad for Oracle10.0 (for Vista and higher). Same issue here. TOAD for Oracle 10.5.1.3 Windows XP SP3 I've tried placing the ProductLicenses.xml into C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataQuest Software both before and after install, and I am still prompted to enter the registration key on first launch. Full procedures for installing Toad on a Citrix server are located in the Getting Started Guide. If no file is found or no applicable key is found, Toad Data Point will prompt you for a key, and create its own license.key file (in location 1). This is a.txt file with two lines. The first line is the license key; the second line is the Site Message.
